The Five Behaviors was an excellent leadership team course.  It surfaced underlying tension on our team, while providing a safe space to have productive conversations and assess ourselves as a team. 


Team members were encouraged to push past the personal boundaries that prevented us from becoming vulnerable and seeing each other as colleagues, not competition. Our team needed to have a level of self-awareness. The Five Behaviors™ empowered the team to confront challenging conversations. The vulnerability came to light during the workshop and the team used it to make commitments to holding one another accountable.


When it’s up to just one person, accountability is easily broken. When we are all committed to holding everyone accountable, it’s a powerful thing. 


The Five Behaviors workshop was an accelerator to build trusting relationships and improve the effectiveness of our team.  I recommend it to any management team that wants to increase communication and improve team effectiveness.
